[Megaman - Real Adventure]

Bravo!

Very well done my friend! I watched and enjoyed your first one (came out the same day as an episode in my sprite series MMX OLB:-p) the second installment was actually even more enjoyable. Your use with sprites is very clean and smooth, and you staged the fights very nicely. Also think you make a nice parallel between Sonic and Megaman. And I loved the char select part, very nice touch. The only thing I think you could really improve would be the script a little. The dialogue just.. didn’t seem natural. But that’s not too important, you made up for that through your animation.

Quick question, where did you get your sound effects from?

All in all great job and I look forward to the next one!

Sound effetcs from variious places but i downloaded them from the protoman hompage...Well Your OLB series are good..I love them...Actually i can't remmeber the link..But if you search it from google (the protoman homepage) i'M sure you will get them..I hope i'd help..:) Thanks for the review

Huge improvement!

I've seen your series from the begining and I have to say that you have def made some massive improvement since you started! Your sprite animation is VERY smooth and your fight scenes flow nicely. I also really like how you have them all thinking Knuckles is the evil one. Very nicely done! However, I do think you can tighten up the dialgue alittle. Also your sound effects are awesome! Did you personally rip them or did you find them? Actually would you be willing let me use some of your sound effects for my current sprite sprite series (Megan X OLB)?

Anyway, great job again!

Not bad at all!

Good job my friend. I always get scared when I see sprite movies because I'm a fellow sprite animator and I’m always worried someone will bring down the quality of sprites in the eyes of most NG users. You did a good job of keeping that quality up.

Now to make it better...

You should make everything bigger. It’s a little hard to read the text or make out some of the detail that you had. Also pending upon the resolution of the views computer your flash can be very difficult to view.

Your dialogue had very funny moments but it can be paned out a little bit more.

Also, most important, you have to compress your sound files. A lot of people with a 56k connection will vote on your flash without viewing it if it will take forever to load. So either compress the files, or make it long enough to justify having such a large file size.

Anyway, great job on the flash, I hope you take what I said as constructive criticism. Good luck!

About time!

Its about time someone blasted his ass. I liked Salad fingers when it first came out, but now its just irritating. So why was this good?

- You blasted Salad Fingers, Your animation with good, your voices were very clear.

Qhy was it bad?

- You need to compress your sound files. Anything that short shouldn't be that large.

So compress the file or make it longer. Either or. Although I would enjoy a longer ep with you torturing Salad Fingers.

Yeah, i know i could have compressed the sounds more, but i was too lazy really. 2 megs isn't that much to go on a broadband connection. If you're on dialup, what are you doing on this site?

[Newgrounds Man]

Well done!

That was a great display of Newgrounds using the Partical Man song! Your animation was smooth and totally in sink with the song, you incorperated Newgrounds chars/props (the hammer triangle uses) very nicely and this flash can give a good laugh to old and new users alike. Keep up the good work!

Very nice start but...

Your sprite animation is truely top notch! Everything was very smooth and well done. However, the dialage was too fast and itself was pretty tackie. It was the typical, "lets see whos stronger!" Megaman X flash. Not that thats a bad thing, its just been overdoen. Also the jokes were alittle corny,sorry. But all in all it was VERY nicely done and I can see you making a very nice name for yourself one Newgrounds with your sprite work. Good job and keep up the good work!

yea i know i knew for a fact that the fight scene wouldnt fit so i kinda made it into two different parts - the dialauged kinda messed up on the next one will be MUCH easier to read

Yeah rememebr this from the first time you submitted it. I'll admit I didn't love your(I was rather indifferent about it), but I do LOVE when people improve upon their work. So good job on that, keep up the good work, and congrads on the 5th daily (I was yesterday's 5th!:-p)

What you had to say was VERY true. I feel that all movie fall into distinct movie categories; free drawn, sprite, clock, lock, and import movies. Everyone has their own bias to the specific category but they all take hard work in their own respect. Your hard work involves you as the physical focus point with your skating moves and then you import them and people should see and understand the hard work put into the creation of it. I happen to be a sprite animator so I do understand to an extent your frustration of your flash being judged without an consideration for the work and time involved and the point that you are trying to get across. Hell to be honest I personally don’t like imported movies whether it be Knox, skating, claymation… however, I still think they should be watched and judged on the same scale as everyone else. So for your attempt to bring this message across I give you a high thumbs up for your work because your flash really was "the truth".

well not all miported. STOLEN imported (knox) shoudl be blamed. WEll a 3 or 2. just picture it as this. IGNORE ALL STOLLEN CONTENT. so just lcose your eyes to one of KNOX"s movies and listen to hsi voice. cause the video doesnt count. Judge it like that.

Fellow Sprite Artist...

Congratulations on your first, and let me tell you from experience that the first is always the worst! Things will only get easier for you from here. I also have to give you credit on making your own sprites. No matter what anyone says, YOU took the time to find the original sprites, YOU took the time to edit them, and YOU showed that you have more of an imaginations then 90% of the people on NG. So those morons who say otherwise are wrong because those sprites are YOURS.

Now things you can improve…
You need a clearer text box, when you are making a video game sprite you need to keep the viewer in the video game world. The faded colors in your text box take away form the atmosphere. Also some of the text was too fast. Lengthen the frames with the text and also make the text a little bigger.

I’m not going to say anything about the story since you’ve already gotten the hint that you need one.

The sound was good, but try to optimize your sound a little more. The larger the file the more inclined 56k users are to give you a “0” for no reason.

Background, have more going on with the background, what you had was good, but try to make the background move with the characters or something involving movement.

Other then that, you have a strong start here. And don’t forget that there is nothing wrong with a constructive negative review, but NEVER listen to those shit heads that bash every aspect of your hard work. Good luck and I look forward to your future work.

Very nicely done! I liked how you set it up with Bean watchign his favorite superheros then having a chance to become one. Very funny, and very ironic how you have a BEAN as the world only hope:-p
